Sr Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be a key architect and contributor to our core platform. We are looking for an engineer who doesnt just write code, but builds systems with efficiency. You will leverage a modern stack (React, TypeScript, Python/Django, and Golang) and use AI-augmented development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Architect Build: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications and microservices.
• Dual-Backend Mastery: Utilize Python/Django for business logic and Golang for high-performance, concurrent service requirements.
• AI-Augmented Development: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily workflow to automate boilerplate, generate unit tests, and refactor complex logic.
• System Ownership: Lead the migration between Django-based services and Go-based microservices.
• Technical Mentorship: Guide the team in adopting modern development practices, including the effective and ethical use of AI assistants.

Requirements

• Frontend: 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Backend (Python): 4+ years with Python and Django/DRF.
• Backend (Golang): 2+ years building high-throughput microservices.
• Infrastructure: Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• We value productivity and Vibe Coding skills.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI-first code editors (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) or agents (e.g., Devin, Claude Code) to speed up the SDLC.
• Prompt Engineering for Devs: The ability to write precise technical prompts to generate high-quality, production-ready code.
• Automation Mindset: A drive to use AI for low-value tasks like writing documentation (Mintlify), generating edge-case tests (Codium), or debugging logs.
• Critical Review: The judgment to treat AI-generated code as a first draft and the expertise to rigorously review it for security and performance.
