Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive/RD in the Pharmaffiliates Analytics Synthetics Private Limited industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement new research projects, including designing experiments and collecting data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop new products and processes using synthetic chemistry.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay up .
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum years of experience in RD, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of synthetic chemistry and analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
