Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles
Use various assessment tools and methodologies
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience
Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies and initiatives
Offer Negotiation: Participate in salary and offer negotiations, ensuring that offers are competitive and align with the organization's compensation policies
Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for a successful start
