Sr. Executive Quality

We are looking for Sr. Executive Quality.

Report to - DH QA & System

To study the drawing/specification from project department for new development
To discuss on the development plan/ schedule for new item development.
Monitor the progress of development
Once development is complete handover the details to respective department
Customer complaints handling & implementation system (QA system & ISO system)
Ensuring QMS to comply TS 16949 Standard
Work for quality improvement QC process and standardization of test
Knowledge of APQP & PPAP submission
Gauge/ Lab equipment procurement/ maintenance and calibration
Management of inspection Apparatus
Process audit/ product audit to avoid rejection
Supplier and quality improvement
Concrete knowledge of polymer/ plastic/ paint testing
To analyze product date and trend for improvement. Awareness of quality tools like MSA, SPC, COPQ, CpK, and Cp analysis.
Training concerned person regarding quality control.

Qualification - Post graduation diploma (polymer) / Graduate in Science.
