Sr. Executive - Quality (Automobile)

Job Description:

Ensure the vehicle passes each stage without any error/miss
2
Train all the car jockey about the driving and parking standards

3
Evaluate the car jockeys on their skills and train to achieve max performance

4
Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates these objectives
with other managers

Develop and implement quality control programs to improve efficiency of the daily
operations
6
Ensure that the requirements are assessed
and service provided adheres to the strict quality parameters as prescribed by the organisation or the OEM

Evaluate and recommend the use of reconditioned aggregate
new part or repair an
existing part needs to be done as per the OEM guidelines

Plan the periodic inspections to monitor the overall quality levels of various systems and processes with close coordination with stakeholders

Plan
monitor and evaluate and upgrade the quality inspectors

Monitors training levels of technicians and communicates concerns to shop foreman

Plans
promotes
and organizes training activities related to quality and reliability

Supports technical training effort through one-on-one and group sessions

Inspects all repair orders and ensures that they include complete documentation and that proper warranty procedures have been followed

Conduct periodical audits to ensure the process & procedures are followed and train the mployees

Generate audit reports and prepare counter measures

Seamless communication with customers on Quality
Damage
Repair standards and Damage report sharing

Perform reporting and analyses results

17
Communicates status and exceptions to the supply chain personnel
