Handling End- End Sourcing activities of the Company Scheduling Interviews and Follow- ups with candidates. Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Self- Data Bank. Arranging & conducting Interviews/ Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on. Review background verification and reference check done by external agency and internally for new joiners. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Go Getter with never give up attitude. Self- Motivated Flexible and Courage to challenge his / her own ability to deliver under pressure. Good in PR & Networking. Strong hold on agent recruiting cycle, Excellent communication skills.
