Job Description
- To plan & Carry out Layout inspection of NPD & Repeat tool samples.
- To plan & conduct SPC & MSA of NPD & regular production parts.
- To ensure the PCRN & ECRN process is followed.
- To ensure systems of ISO 9001:2015 standard are followed.
- To make & submit PPAP of NPD parts.
- To handle customer PPAP audits.
- To Plan & revise FMEA & Control plan of existing parts.
- To ensure concept finalization of new gauges for NPD & Existing part.
Qualification & experience requirement of candidate
- Candidate should be DME / BE. Preferable having 5 to 8 years of experience to handle NPD QA
- He should be able to handle 10 15 members team.
- Candidate should be expertise in HPDC & Machining process knowledge and Paint process knowledge. Defect knowledge is must.
- Candidate should be expert in GD&T. Experience of Handling CMM machine will be added advantage.
- Candidate should have expertise in quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan.
- Candidate should have hands off experience to do Layout inspection of NPD & Repeat tool samples.
- Candidate should be able to work effectively in diverse group of people.
- Good knowledge and practical experience of Problem solving techniques
