Role & responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Oversee and manage the testing of materials and construction works, ensuring all tests are carried out and documented properly.
Review and approve test results, and coordinate with project teams to address any non-conformances.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Maintain records of all inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with min 5 yrs exp in quality in construction company in high rise residential projects can apply
