Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the field of engineering. Lead technical reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving sessions. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and manufacturing, to align engineering efforts with business goals. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity of objectives, requirements, and expectations. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.
