KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 1) Preventive Maintenance Of IMM, BM Machines, ASB Machines.

2) Electrical Safety of Plant like EN Voltage, Thermography. RPN Should Be Below 30.

3) Breakdown Maintenance of all IMM, BM machines ASB Machines. Target Below 2%

4) Responsible for Spares Control target: - Repair and Consumable cost below Rs 3/Kg

5) Cost Saving Project with value 1.0 Cr.

6) Responsible for Oil consumption Reduction by 50%.

7) Responsible for Solar KWH Generation.
