Job Title: Senior Engineer Data Analytics

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer AI Automation & Data Analytics is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven automation systems and advanced data analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business decision-making. This role combines industrial automation expertise with data engineering, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Automation

• Develop and implement AI-based automation solutions for manufacturing, production, and business processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
• Lead predictive maintenance, process optimization, and intelligent control projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and digital transformation.

Data Analytics

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from industrial equipment, ERP systems, and operational processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support business decisions.
• Monitor production performance, quality trends, and operational metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security compliance.

Project Management

• Lead automation and analytics projects from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in:
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Data Science

Experience

• 3 6 years of experience in:
  • Industrial automation
  • AI/ML implementation
  • Data analytics
  • Manufacturing or process industries

Technical Skills

• Python, SQL, R, or similar programming languages
• Power BI / Tableau / Excel Advanced Analytics
• ERP/MES systems
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge process control systems
