Sr Engineer - Data Analytics

Advanced Analytics / Data Science LeadRole Overview We are seeking an experienced Analytics Leader to drive experimentation and measurement strategy for high-impact campaign launches. This role requires strong statistical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Lead experiment design and measurement strategy for campaign initiatives.Conduct rigorous A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and advanced statistical analyses.Deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.Build scalable and reusable measurement frameworks.Take end-to-end ownership of analytics workstreams.Translate complex analytical findings into business language. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.Strong expertise in SQL and Python .Deep understanding of experimentation, statistical inference, and causal analysis.Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Self-driven and capable of independently solving technical problems. Preferred Qualifications Experience building and deploying machine learning models.Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
