Sr. Developer - Kore.AI ( XO10/ XO11)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Developer to provide deep technical expertise and product-level resolution capabilities. Create and deploy intelligent virtual assistants across web, voice and mobile channels. You will use conversational AI platforms and integrate backend systems to power AI-first customer experiences. Ideal for developers passionate about LLMs, secure APIs and NLP integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigation and resolution of critical and complex defects requiring code-level or product-level intervention.
• Ownership of bug fixes, patches, and product enhancements.
• Support for major incidents (P1/P2) including war room participation and resolution strategy.
• Collaboration with OEM/Platform teams for core platform issues (e.g., AI models, ASR/TTS engines, API frameworks).
• Handling advanced configuration changes, model tuning, and performance optimization.
• Providing long-term fixes and preventive solutions to avoid recurrence.
• Supporting release validation, regression testing, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain conversational bots using Kore.ai or equivalent platforms
• Implement LLM-based enhancements for intelligent responses and summarization
• Integrate RAG pipelines for knowledge aware conversational flows
• Build backend logic and APIs using Node.js, Python or Java
• Handle JSON/XML payloads and integrate bots with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ITSM)
• Use prompt templates and manage AI output accuracy
• Support ASR/TTS for voice bots and contact center automation
• Work in Agile teams with testers, architects and stakeholders

Core Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years in software development, preferably with chatbot platforms
• Strong JavaScript, Node.js
• Familiar with REST/SOAP, Redis, MongoDB, version control systems (Git)
• Experience integrating APIs and handling secure tokens
• Exposure to Agentic AI Agents, Generative AI, LangChain, LLM tuning, RAG
• Experience with Kore.ai XO Studio or similar platforms
• Certification KORE XO 10/11

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with Kore SmartAssist, Knowledge Graph, Voice Gateway
• Awareness of AI evaluation, prompt chaining and fallback logic
• Working knowledge of ASR/TTS and voice bot design
