Strong python & SQL literacy necessary, Azure & data bricks familiarity are a plus, some experience with exploratory data analysis would be welcome but fine if they dont have it. Problem solver: able to start from a high-level description of the problem, understand it in practice, then independently come up with a practical solution, and finally put it into production.
