Sr. Data & AI Solutions SME

• Role Overview :
• We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Solutions SME to lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• This is a hands-on architectural role that combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and delivery oversight.
• You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust data and AI architectures, validate solutions through workshops and prototypes, and guide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Design end-to-end data and AI architectures across ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, and model deployment.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Build and operationalize AI/ML pipelines, including training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance solution performance and efficiency.
• Customer Engagement
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations, PoCs, and solution roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and cloud teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Support
• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, estimations, and solution documentation.
• Develop reusable templates and reference architectures.
• Support technical workshops and demonstrations during pursuit cycles.
• Delivery Governance
• Guide delivery teams in implementing proposed architectures.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
• Capture learnings and refine best practices across engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Technical Expertise
• Strong experience in data engineering using tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, ADF, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience implementing MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data and AI services.
• Solutioning & Consulting
• Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
• Experience developing technical documentation and customer-facing solution artifacts.
