Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Proven experience in ServiceNow platform implementations, customization, and configuration across enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules to support effective solution delivery. Ability to translate client requirements into scalable technical designs and platform enhancements. Hands-on experience with workflow automation, scripting, and platform integrations within ServiceNow. Working knowledge of technical troubleshooting, testing, and deployment practices to ensure reliable implementation outcomes.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
Experience
- Backend Development (3+ years)
- Frontend Development (2+ years)
