Position: Sr. Cloud Engineer Server & Cloud Support
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Location: Remote
Work Timings: UK & US Business Hours (Rotational Shifts, 24/7 Support)

Role Overview

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and support of Windows Server environments (2012 2022)
• Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, Certificate Authority, File Servers
• Handling VMware ESXi / Hyper-V and cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
• Network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs)
• Patch management, change management, and problem management (RCA)
• Participation in system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Documentation (SOPs), collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ensuring security, backup, disaster recovery, and storage management

Required Skills & Certifications

• Strong expertise in Windows Server & AD infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Must-have certifications: MCSA/MCSE, VMware, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL
• Good to have: PowerShell/Shell scripting, CCNA
