Job Description
- Lead corporate & site EHS audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
- Monitor incidents, trends, and performance
- Conduct site visits 1820 days month for assessments and walk-downs.
- Deliver training on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and critical activities
- Review leading / lagging indicators and emergency preparedness.
- Drive safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, and corporate events.
- Investigate major / fatal incidents and ensure preventive action.
- Support client / external audits and mobilization / demobilization safety.
- Connect with SBU for review meeting and improvement plan of actions.
- Lead Auditor Certification – ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Strong audit, compliance, and risk management skills.
- Data-driven, proactive, and effective communicator.
- Willing to travel extensively.
