- Assist in investigating anddrafting cost benefit analysis and business requirements showcasing potentialsolutions for business initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business,Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of professionalexperience in consulting, analytics, business analysis or comparable consumeranalytics position
- Minimum 2-year experience inBanking/Lending Industry
- Experience indeveloping requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting,familiarity with datavisualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Google Data Studio
- Advanced workingknowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel.
- Programminglanguages: Python, R
- Excellent communication (verbaland written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicatewith both business and technical teams
- Proven problem-solving skills,project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizationalskills
- Ability to deal with ambiguityand competing objectives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to display complexquantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in aclear and concise manner
