Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using remote access tools like TeamViewer.
• Configure routers, modems, printers, and other peripherals for optimal performance.
• Assist with networking setup and configuration of LAN/WAN networks.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to Windows operating systems, firewalls, VPN connections, and more.
