Job Description
- Timely preparation and release of design deliverables with required approvals
- Ensuring quality of design outputs and consultant coordination
- Managing design activities within allocated budget
- Coordination with authorities for statutory approvals and sanctions
- Implementing value engineering and costoptimization in design
- Effective interdepartmental coordination and communication
- Approvals of design details, samples, and shop drawings from site/vendors/consultants
- Material selection and approval documentation
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM basics
- SketchUp or similar 3D modeling tools
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray for rendering
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of construction drawings & detailing
- Knowledge of building materials and specifications
- Familiarity with NBC norms & local bylaws
- Basic site coordination understanding
- Ability to prepare GFC, working drawings & presentations
