To partner with the leadership to understand the business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative hiring solutions
- Work with stakeholders to determine annual hiring needs, hence should have good stakeholder management skills
- Help to hire managers in crafting appealing job descriptions
- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
- Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases, or social media)
