Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Human Resource Recruiter who has experience of 3-4 yrs and can manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a structured approach to hiring, and the ability to maintain accurate candidate data, along with handling day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managed end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.

Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

Maintain and update a database of all applicants and candidates reached out to, ensuring proper tracking and follow-ups.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.

Knowledge of PF and ESI is a plus for handling employee engagement and operations like attendance management.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Ability to manage and maintain candidate databases and trackers efficiently.

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

Basic knowledge of HR tools / ATS systems.
