Design and implement digital banking journeys (retail, SME, corporate, wealth) using Backbase widgets, microservices, and integration patterns.

Configure and customize Backbase front-end (Angular/React-based widgets, theming, UX) according to bank branding and UX guidelines.

and maintain Backbase back-end services, extensions, and integrations (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven integrations) with core banking, CRM, and payment systems.

Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring optimal use of Backbase capabilities, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and QA to refine requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Configure and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment of Backbase components on target environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift/Cloud).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments (dev, QA, UAT, production), including performance tuning and defect fixing.

Ensure solutions follow Backbase best practices, security guidelines, and reference architectures.

Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.

Mentor junior team members on Backbase platform concepts, implementation patterns, and coding standards.
