Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud formation
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter (any 2 is fine) :
1. PolicyCenter
2. BillingCenter
3. ClaimCenter
- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud architecture, deployment models, and cloud-based integrations
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Guidewire certifications
- P&C Insurance domain expertise
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
- Agile/Scrum experience
