Job Title : Specialist - Trim & Water tightness (Vehicle Process Engineer)
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech./ Diploma.
Experience : 5 Years for B.E. / B Tech, / 8 years for Diploma .
Location : Thiruvallur
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Requirements:
Technical
Perform complex problem solving with respect to dimensional and water tighteness / sealing,
Implements the detection plan ensures the implementation (with the support of the Project)
Knowledge of the organizations Project (Technical and Quality) and Quality Life
Technical knowledge related to leakage (ranges of realization, control ranges, analyzes)
Perform failure analysis on manufacturing processes and non-conformances,
Testing the water-tight control facilities (shower, karcher, ...) and during investigations.
Should hold LMV driving License and driving experience.
Develop & implementing the test procedures / WIS.
Hands-on experience in MS Office.
