Job Description Design and develop scalable integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration designs. Implement and configure ServiceNow Integration Hub components to enable seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and external systems. Ensure integration solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards. Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues proactively. Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow Integration Hub features and recommend adoption of relevant enhancements. Assist in maintaining documentation related to integration architecture and processes.
