Specialist - Package Implementation

ServiceNow ITOM-Discovery, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping Developer. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset). Well versed with ServiceNow scripting. Candidate must have 5 years of ServiceNow CMDB configurations and CSDM 40 Framework. Good knowledge of CMDB configurations and CSDM 40 Framework. Working experience in Service Maps. Experience in writing custom patterns. Must have good communication skills. Must have team handling experience. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
