Experience in leading IAM team
Experience in managing client and internal stakeholders
Knowledge on Active Directory, AzureAD, O365, Storage, Powershell, and IGA
Proficient in ITSM Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management
Experience in working with ticketing tools
Good written and oral communication skills
Manage Active Directory and EntraID User accounts and security groups
Manage Distribution and Security groups and Mail contacts
O365 mailbox management
Manage Network folder permissions
Handle tickets from helpdesk related to Active Directory objects, O365 mailbox issues, Security and Distribution groups, and Network folder access issues
Prepare SOP documents
Work closely with auditors
Prepare weekly status reports and present to client
Work on recertification activity
Willing to work from Bangalore at the Whitefield office
Willingness to work in shifts
