Job Description
Key Skills Required
- Application support & production support experience
- Ticket management (issue logging, prioritization, tracking, and resolution)
- Batch stream / batch job management and monitoring
- Troubleshooting batch failures and performance issues
- SQL skills (basic to intermediate) for data checks and analysis
- Light coding / scripting for minor fixes and enhancements
- Manual data validation and reconciliation skills
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Documentation skills (issue resolution, code changes, process notes)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

- Jira

- Autosys
- MFT (Managed File Transfer)
Other Important Requirements
- Willingness to support PST hours (up to 9:00 AM PST, twice a week)
