Job Description

Vasal Education is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Special Educator to join our team for a 6-month leave vacancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized educational support to students with special educational needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Identify students' learning needs and monitor their academic and social progress.
• Use suitable teaching strategies and differentiated learning methods.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, counselors, and school management.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of student progress.
• Support students in developing academic, social, emotional, and life skills.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or relevant field.
• B.Ed. Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Special Educator in a school or educational institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and student-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of inclusive education practices and special education methodologies.
