Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to support our pharmaceutical sourcing and supplier development operations in India. The role involves close coordination with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, with strong exposure to quality, regulatory compliance, and international audits.

Salary Range: Upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and actively develop existing and new pharmaceutical suppliers
Support Business Development Managers with India-based product sourcing queries
Coordinate and assist in planning meetings, conferences, and conference calls
Organize and support audits of supplier manufacturing facilities
Participate in technical discussions with clients and suppliers
Define, negotiate, and align on quality procedures, standards, and specifications
Exposure to international regulatory audits such as USFDA, WHO, ANVISA, and EDQM
Assess and fulfill customer and client requirements
Ensure supplier compliance with raw material quality parameters
Monitor supplier manufacturing processes for compliance with national and international standards
Review technical documentation, management reports, and customer charters
Assist with specification setting, change controls, regulatory submissions, updates, and annual product reviews
Support client factory audits and commercial visits to supplier sites
Liaise with cross-functional teams to enable sourcing and business growth
Organize and attend national and international pharma exhibitions
Participate in training programs to enhance sourcing, quality, and regulatory knowledge
Support and guide team members to improve sourcing efficiency and supplier performance

Candidate Profile:

  1. 0-2 Years Experience in pharmaceutical sourcing / procurement / supplier development.
  2. Working knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  3. Exposure to API, intermediates, excipients, or formulations is an advantage
  4. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
