Sourcing - Assistant Manager- Noida

Role Objective

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The

incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing sourcing activities.

Role Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing strategically a network of suppliers for the Steel, Metal, MRO, and Industrial Product.
• Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing in co-ordination with the Support/Business Team.
• Worked Closely with the Demand Team to ensure conversion and meeting the revenue objective.
• Margin improvement as the core objective through proper sourcing approach
• To work on a new project in sourcing serviceability for empaneling new customers.
• Meeting/coordinating with the customer user and the buyers to understand the need to provide sourcing solution
• Market visits to develop new supplier and new category
• Identity TOD and M&A opportunities with suppliers
• Prepare and present data to leadership team
• Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay.
• Working on rapport building with all End users and buyers.
• Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.
• Solve customer escalations and rejections within TAT
• Ensure proper communication flow
