BMC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support the Global Procurement organization as a scalable, AIenabled business partner. This role operates within a purchasing category team and is responsible for executing endtoend sourcing and contracting activities while actively improving procurement efficiency, decision quality, and business confidence.

The Senior Sourcing Analyst is expected to work independently on lowtomoderate complexity engagements, apply judgment to riskbased decisions, leverage standardized and selfservice procurement paths where appropriate, and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or elevate procurement operations.

Sourcing Contract Execution

Independently manage procurement and contracting activities including sourcing for Facilities Category, including negotiation, statements of work, contract execution, and purchase order issuance within defined thresholds.

Apply total cost of ownership principles (cost, quality, service, risk) to sourcing decisions.

Support and execute category strategies in alignment with Global Procurement objectives.

Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient contract execution.

AIEnabled Efficient Operations

Leverage approved AI tools, workflows, and automation to streamline sourcing activities, reduce cycle times, and improve insight quality.

Utilize standardized playbooks, templates, thresholds, and decision logic to route work appropriately (selfservice vs. analystled).

Identify repeatable, lowrisk procurement activities and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, or policybased handling.

Contribute ideas and feedback to improve procurement processes, tooling, and agentenabled workflows.

Business Partnership RiskBased Decision Making

Engage directly with internal business partners to understand requirements, timelines, and risk tolerance.

Apply independent judgment to assess deal complexity and escalate appropriately when thresholds, risk, or ambiguity increase.

Participate in stakeholder and supplier business reviews to assess performance, identify risk, and drive continuous improvement.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset experience

35 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or related domain

Comprehensive understanding of Purchase-To-Pay process, relevant best practices in transformation agenda and key activities within Finance with relation to P2P

More than 2-3 yearsexperience in Purchase to Pay area (preferably within ICT)

University degree in Procurement, Finance, IT or Logistics Business Management

MBA would be added advantage.

Experience of working on Oracle R12 EBS is mandatory.

Knowledge of Accounts Payables is mandatory

Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills

Good Communication skills both Written and Oral

Ability to work with multiple Stakeholder groups and communicate well

Supplier database management will be an added advantage

Demonstrates good judgment and is solution orientated

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
