We re scaling our Solution Engineering team and this role takes you global from Day 1. You ll work directly with enterprise customers across six continents, helping Fortune 500s, defense innovators, and industrial leaders deploy autonomous drone systems that change how the world operates. If you re an early-career engineer who s built real projects (robots, drones, AI systems) and wants to solve global-scale problems, this is your runway. You ll travel across regions, engage with customers, and shape the future of autonomous operations. This isn t a support role, it s a strategic, problem-solving seat where every decision you make drives technical and business outcomes worldwide.

Be the global problem solver: Interact directly with customers across the US, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East understand their toughest autonomy challenges and turn them into executable solutions.

Own technical success: Lead onboarding, testing, deployment, and scaling of FlytBase systems ensuring smooth, high-impact rollouts for enterprise operations.

Drive customer conversations: You ll be the technical face of FlytBase running demos, guiding architecture discussions, and aligning on automation goals with CXOs and field engineers alike.

Go on-site worldwide: Be hands-on with live deployments from configuring drone docks to testing mission automation in complex industrial environments.

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product and engineering to convert customer feedback into tangible product improvements.

Design scalable workflows: Build automations and drone workflows that deliver measurable ROI for enterprises.

Leverage AI daily: Use ChatGPT, Claude, Rewind, and other AI tools to debug faster, analyze logs, automate responses, and scale your output.

Represent FlytBase globally: Attend trade shows, expos, and customer events to showcase how Physical AI is transforming industries.

Every customer, every mission, every trip you ll be operating at the intersection of AI, hardware, and global impact.

Fresher or early-career engineer with a technical background (Electronics, CS, Mechatronics, Robotics, or AI).

You ve built something real drones, robots, or AI/IoT systems during college or internships.

Strong communication skills you can talk code with engineers and clarity with executives.

Deep curiosity for how AI and autonomy can transform industries.

You take ownership when something breaks, you fix it; when something s unclear, you figure it out. Bonus Points

Hands-on with PX4, ROS, Ardupilot, or DJI SDKs.

Experience using Postman, Python, APIs, or data integrations.

Exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, or autonomous navigation.

Comfortable documenting and explaining complex workflows through guides or videos.

Prior experience testing or flying drones (even hobby projects count).

Deep curiosity for Physical AI: You have an insatiable appetite to learn about the Physical AI industry, drone autonomy, and emerging use cases. Youre genuinely fascinated by how autonomous systems transform industrial operations.

Ownership without oversight: We wont micromanage your customer conversations. We expect you to own technical outcomes and customer satisfaction, not just demo metrics. You plan milestones, stay proactive with customers, and anticipate their needs rather than just reacting to requests.

High trust, high candor: You give customers honest technical advice even when its not what they want to hear. You surface implementation challenges early because you care about their success. The same applies internally you maintain high trust and high candor with team members, giving and receiving direct feedback.

Velocity over perfection: Youd rather ship a working proof-of-concept this week than a perfect demo next month customers buy solutions that solve problems today.

Full-stack execution: When needed, youll dive into code, build custom integrations, or jump on-site for critical deployments. Job descriptions are starting points, not boundaries.
