Position Overview:
The Solutions Head at Innominds will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role in defining, designing, and implementing innovative technology solutions aligned with client business objectives. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge enterprise technology programs, data management solutions, and cloud transformations. The Solutions Head will drive technical strategy, solution architecture, and ensure seamless integration across multiple service offerings, enabling Innominds to continue pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Solution Design and Execution

• Lead and drive the end-to-end solution strategy, ensuring that solutions meet client objectives while aligning with Innominds’ business goals.
• Define solution architecture for complex projects, incorporating best practices in cloud-native development, big data, and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with internal practice leaders, business development teams, and clients to craft innovative, high-impact solutions leveraging AI/ML, IoT, DevOps, and Cloud platforms.

Hands-On Technical Leadership and Delivery

• Engage in hands-on coding, prototyping, and solution development when required to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of cloud, data, and AI platforms, driving adoption of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee technical delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Team Development and Mentorship

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of solution architects, engineers, and domain experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation within the team while ensuring alignment with evolving technology trends.

Client Engagement and Business Alignment

• Partner closely with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Participate in client presentations, articulating technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner to business and technology leaders.
• Lead proposal development and contribute to pre-sales activities by showcasing Innominds’ technical capabilities and business impact.

Innovation and Thought Leadership

• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, including AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing, identifying opportunities to integrate these technologies into client solutions.
• Drive the adoption of generative AI, cloud-native platforms, and intelligent automation to future-proof client solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Represent Innominds in industry forums, client summits, and technology conferences to showcase thought leadership and build credibility.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Technical Leadership

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology programs, and cloud transformations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud models.

Cloud-Native and Microservices Expertise

• Extensive experience in cloud-native development, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and modern SDLC practices.

Data Management and Analytics

• Hands-on experience in big data platforms, real-time data processing, data lakes, and data governance.
• Strong command over AI/ML models, data pipelines, and data security frameworks.

Solution Delivery and Business Acumen

• Demonstrated success in handling proposal development, client presentations, and technical consulting, showcasing business value and ROI.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business impact, ensuring solutions align with business growth and operational efficiency.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept at driving cross-functional collaboration and managing client expectations effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Certified
• TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP certifications are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or advanced technical degree is an added advantage.
