Solution Engineer - AI Colleague Assistant

AI Workflow & Skill Development in Leena AI - Design, build, and configure intents, skills, playbooks, actions, and decision logic within the Leena AI Colleague Assistant platform; develop prompt/parameter patterns that drive deterministic automation and deliver measurable deflection and CSAT outcomes. Systems Integration & APIs - Build and maintain experience APIs, webhooks, connectors, and integration layers connecting Leena AI with ServiceNow, Workday, Active Directory, Jira, O365/Teams, Identity, and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end automated resolutions. MCP & A2A Enablement - Collaborate with MCP Integration Engineers to expose enterprise capabilities as MCP-compliant servers; support Agent-to-Agent orchestration patterns connecting Leena AI agents with ServiceNow, Workday, and other platform automations. Security, Compliance & Observability - Apply least-privilege, secrets management, logging/metrics/traceability; support audits and change control. Performance & Reliability - Monitor latency, success/containment rates of actions, error budgets; tune prompts, retries, and fallbacks to maintain a CSAT of 85% and target deflection rates. Collaboration & Documentation - Partner with AI Business Analyst and Conversational Designer inputs; produce technical docs, runbooks, and re-usable patterns/templates.

- Proficiency in configuring and developing within Agentic AI platforms (Leena AI or similar): skills, intents, actions, playbooks, connectors, and decision logic; - Proficiency in modern programming languages commonly used for AI, automation, and integration work, including Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; - Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration layers across enterprise systems; - Understanding of MCP server patterns and how to expose enterprise capabilities for AI agent consumption; - Ability to design, implement, and support Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations within AI-enabled architectures; - Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation patterns; - Knowledge of ITSM best practices: incident, request, change, and knowledge management workflows; - Experience with enterprise automation and integration platforms, such as: - iPaaS solutions; - API Management (APIM) platforms; - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools: Power Automate, UiPath; - ServiceNow, including workflow automation, integration capabilities, and leveraging the platform for ITSM/ITOM-related processes. - Understanding of integration-layer security, compliance standards, and change-management processes; - Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps); - Strong skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication
