Job Description
Solution Consultants in Case Strategy practice area are a group of specialists focused on managing our proprietary IQ Answers & IQ Case Strategy (including KDI) solutions for specific litigations and investigations. They play a key role in AI & Search-driven fact-finding and Key document Identification for early case assessment, deponent interviews, and trial preparation. This role also involves contributing to proprietary offerings driven by linguistic modelling techniques, as well as supporting predictive and generative AI-driven offerings to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
This role is both highly consultative and highly process/tech-oriented requiring a deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and requirements, and high literacy with respect to the state-of-the-art in discovery review and analytics technology. Further, the role involves contributions to management of process and tools innovation, service standardization, the creation of formal documentation and training, and other Review Intelligence organizational-development initiatives.
- Scoping and executing on projects leveraging IQ Answers & IQ Case Strategy (including KDI), Linguistic Modelling and/or structured analytics.
- Coordination with support and technical teams across the organization to ensure we are leveraging the full suite of capabilities to provide best-in-class support and value to our clients.
- Expertise in Relativity, and IQ Answers functionalities to carry out a wide range of e-Discovery related solutions either independently or in a team set up.
- Contributes to Case Strategy service management activities aimed at increasing knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness of the AP Case Strategy team.
- Motivates teams to accomplish engagement targets with high quality and productivity.
- Designs team strategy: comfortable directing and delegating as necessary to manage team to success.
- Foster positive client relations and planning structure/ workflows towards meeting client/customer deadlines with efficiency
- Actively participates in other initiatives outside of project work that map to company objectives and Review Intelligence departmental objectives
- Contributes to operational/organizational initiatives, such as
- Proactively engages in mentorship of less experienced team members, on and off projects
- Models a culture of collaboration, professionalism, mutual respect, and emotional intelligence on project teams, within Case Strategy team at large, and cross-departmentally
- Minium of 5 + years of industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years analytics in eDiscovery required
- Excellent knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including key applications and programs such as Relativity, Nuix, or comparable analytics platforms
- Excellent knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery process and concepts
- Proven success and desire to consult with clients/internal departments, projecting expertise and solving day-to-day challenges as well as strategic challenges
- Ability to engage across a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority with the ability to Escalate matters that might be impacting Business or Individuals.
