Create, Define, Build, Manage AI Ops platform in a Hybrid Cloud environment. Build customer specific solutions and use cases with ability to present solutions/demos. Good understanding of AI Ops, AI/ML technologies, ITOM, ITSM and Monitoring Tools. Experience and Exposure to industry standard Automation Tools like Ansible, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp etc.

Experience of transforming to AI/ML based IT Operations from traditional manual operations.

Work with partners to create PoC/Demo environments and implement new infra/application architecture.

Build and Manage Automation BOTS, create use cases and solutions for Auto Resolutions.

Sound knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
