Solution Architect (Lending)

Role & responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end technology delivery across architecture design, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production support for Retail Banking applications.
• Lead Retail Banking technology solutions covering Digital Channels, Lending/LOS, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Payments, and Core Banking systems.
• Manage application stability and production support, including incident management, RCA, defect resolution, SLA adherence, and prevention of recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Vendors, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive technology modernization and process improvements through automation, API integrations, cloud, microservices, SRE practices, and application standardization.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and escalations, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business, regulatory, and technology requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technology-heavy role with approximately 6070% technical and 30–40% functional responsibility.
• Strong solution architecture capabilities including architecture design, solutioning, troubleshooting/L2 analysis support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Consumer lending platforms and related technology architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
