Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have :

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Architect on large-scale cloud data projects, involving at least three technology tracks as outlined above.
• At least 6 years of expertise in the data and analytics domain.
• In-depth knowledge of modern data and analytical technologies, including MPP and NoSQL databases, Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
• Solid understanding of AI and Generative AI applications for data.
• Proven experience in data architecture, governance, quality standards, and security practices across at least two implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, providing solutions for diverse data use cases.
• Certification in cloud-based data platforms.
• Expertise in GTM for data - Technical solutions, Pre-sales, POC, Consulting
• Documented record of thought leadership and innovation in Big Data, along with a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape and emerging technologies.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Good-to-Have :

• Demonstrated experience in consulting engagements related to data strategy or comparable domains.
• In-depth functional knowledge of sales and marketing, including expertise in the Martech and Adtech ecosystems from a data and analytics standpoint.
• Advanced understanding of the foundational infrastructure underlying Big Data solutions, such as clustered/distributed computing, storage, and data center networking.
• Active participation in data practice initiatives, contributing to the development of points of view, thought leadership, proposal solutions, competency building, and mentoring activities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
