We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of The Real Estate CRM. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with our development team, product managers, and clients to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep understanding of SaaS architecture, and a track record of successful software solution design and delivery.

Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable and reliable software solutions.
Design the overall architecture and technical vision for our platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.
Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and third-party integrations to support platform development.
Create high-level and detailed technical designs, including system components, interfaces, data models, and integration points.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and promoting code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define functional and non-functional requirements, considering usability, performance, and security aspects.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to identify and address potential design and implementation issues.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform with other systems and services.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SaaS and property management domains, applying this knowledge to enhance our platforms capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in developing and delivering SaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture principles, including multi-tenancy, scalability, and security.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, frameworks, and languages, including web and cloud technologies (e.g., JavaScript, RESTful APIs, AWS, Azure).
Experience with property management software or real estate industry solutions is highly desirable.
Proficiency in designing and integrating with databases, data modeling, and SQL.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility with business requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to guide and mentor development teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
