We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Architect in the BytePlus division. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and be available to start by the end of 2026.

Roles and Responsibility

Bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI research and real-world industrial applications.
Design and prototype AI agents based on clients' requirements, focusing on agent solution design and prototyping.
Write production-quality code to integrate AI model APIs into various agent frameworks with necessary tools.
Optimize prompt chains and implement caching strategies to ensure AI features scale for millions of users.
Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure outputs are safe, accurate, and hallucination-free.
Collaborate with product and algorithm research teams to inform the core product roadmap.

Job Requirements

Engineering Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 1-2 campus or internship project(s) experience in AI-native field, preferably in roles such as solution architect, FDE, or AI agent product or engineer.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Pageindex & RAG, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, PyTorch/Jax) and experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying models on cloud providers.
High oral and written fluency in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous "startup" environment.
Can-do attitude, self-starter, and ability to work independently with strong motivation.
Team player who can foster positive team morale and set goals for successful fulfillment.
Attention to detail and ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities.
