Job Description
- Design end-to-end GenAI solutions, including model selection and API integration.
- Develop high-performance inference pipelines and determine the best deployment strategies.
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to connect LLMs with proprietary data.
- Implement "AI Guardrails" to manage hallucination, data leakage, and prompt injection risks.
- Optimize token usage and compute costs to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Rapidly build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to test the feasibility of new AI features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, ideally with exposure to AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in LangChain and VertexAI.
- Hands-on experience with Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral).
- Proficiency with Graph & Vector DBs.
- Strong Python skills and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
