Software Program Lead Engineer

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering 12 - 15 yrs of relevant experience
• Programming in C, preferably for hardware interfacing
• Knowledge of RTOS
• Experience in SDLC, IM, testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on in full project lifecycle
• Customer management and team coordination
• Knowledge of OOPS, scripting
• Experience with code versioning tools (Bitbucket, git, SVN, ClearCase)
• Semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry experience
• Design, develop, and maintain LAM standards compliant software
• Plan, coordinate, and execute development activities within small to medium-sized projects
• Lead and drive multi-developer projects
• Maintain install base by analyzing, debugging, and fixing customer issues
• Participate in customer issue resolution and escalations
• Mentor junior engineers
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects
• Monitor and report KPIs, address gaps
• Collaborate with global teams
• Create solutions for complex issues
