Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Software Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience working with software development teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven product management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience working on SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Workflow Automation, Sales Automation, Community Platforms, or other enterprise software products.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, system integrations, and software architecture.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and third-party integrations. Understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and usability best practices.
Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation platforms, analytics, or data-driven applications is an added advantage.
