Software Engineering Manager(Backend)

Addepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our world-class team.In this high-impact role, you won't just lead a group of engineers—you'll be the driving force behind scaling the Addepar Platform and architecting cross-cutting solutions that redefine how our products interact.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the technical direction for cross cutting products across Addepar.
• Collaborating with teams from various departments to successfully implement platform strategies.
• Building and managing a team of exceptional engineers.
• Ensuring flawless and timely execution of deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with partners across Addepar.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering 
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams in fintech space.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good experience and knowledge in the below tech stack including :

Java (Version 17 OR 21) , Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS , SQL/noSQL DatabasesNice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines ,terraform, docker, kubernetes, etc
