Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in an evolving organization.
Experience leading a technical area as tech lead or manager.
Experience managing a team including all aspects of career management.

Responsibilities

Own critical areas of Search Serving Infra and manage a team with high visibility and impact, and define and evolve the charter of the team.
Work with multiple partner stakeholders and adapt to changing regulatory environments, and plan and deliver on a multi-quarter roadmap with incremental milestones.
Develop leaders and ensure career growth within the team.
Mentor and coach the team and ensure safety is built into the team's culture.
