We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager / Team Lead to lead a software engineering team and drive the development of scalable, secure and cloud-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of software engineers.
• Drive technical design, development and end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership across Angular and .NET applications.
• Design and guide scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Drive Azure cloud adoption and cloud-native development.
• Ensure code quality, security, testing and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Architecture teams.
• Manage planning, estimation, prioritization, risks and delivery timelines.
• Drive application modernization, automation and performance improvements.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Candidate Profile:

• 1014 years of strong software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Team Lead / Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 and Web API.
• Good experience with Microsoft Azure, Microservices, REST APIs and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar is a plus.
