We are seeking a motivated and skilled UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UiPath and a passion for automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and support existing automation solutions, making enhancements as necessary.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and best practices to continuously improve automation solutions.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Proficiency in developing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
• Understanding of various automation methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
• UiPath certification is a plus.
